GIS Data Resources

We are currently negotiating with a number of Mineral Planning Authorities and hope to make some of the mineral site data, including the results of the modelling, available as GIS data for download.

Mineral site data is available from the local authority.

Many of the key datasets used in this project can be accessed online.

Biodiversity Action Plan priority habitat inventories

Obtained from Natural England.  The data can be downloaded from their website

Protected areas datasets

Includes National Nature Reserves, Local Nature Reserves, Ramsar sites, Special Areas of Conservation, Special Protection Areas and Sites of Special Scientific Interest.
